Currently, our team communicates with all INFO alumni through the following ways:

1. Alumni E-Newsletter

On a monthly basis via the Alumni Monthly Times, we features four main sections:

• iNews— which features prominent College news, including alumni/student/faculty spotlights, as highlighted on the INFO website: https://ischool.umd.edu/news
• Upcoming Events— as generated by the Alumni Association, College or Program.
• Get Involved— highlights different ways to give back to the INFO College including through the alumni association, volunteer opportunities and giving
• More iStuff— which features miscellaneous information such as job postings and surveys

E-newsletters are scheduled for release on the third Thursday of each month via Constant Contact platform. E-newsletters are sent to ALL INFO College Alumni.

2. Alumni Quarterly Mailer

On a quarterly basis via the UMD INFO College Alumni Quarterly, we feature:

• Letter from the dean – update on INFO and programs
• Alumni/student spotlights
• Call-to-action (upcoming events, giving info)
