Support Requests

Inquiries & Requests should be sent to Please note that most requests take at least two weeks to complete, and four weeks if professional printing is required. Below are some common requests and what we’ll need for each.

Design/Print: Include format (brochure, poster, etc.), all wording and images, due date, and quantity.


Zoom: Use this Google Form to sign up for a time slot using our Zoom Webinar account. Then email with the event details so that we can determine how we can best market your event.

In-Person: Include if you need programs, directional signage, welcome signage, banners, flyers, website calendar listing, social media/advertising, an evite, day of social, day of photography.

News: Include the news story (with link) or write up, explain how this is connected to the iSchool (e.g. you are the PI), attach a picture if possible

Swag: All of the iSchool swag (stuff we all get) is located in 0215 Hornbake Library North (formerly the Collaborative Workspace). Please stop by to ask about what swag we have already, and if you need a particular item we don’t have, you can submit a design request.

On-Campus Printing Resources: We can print many of your small run print requests in house, but for slightly larger jobs (programs for large events, posters, etc) there are a few places on campus you can use:

Engineering Copy Center: Color and Black & White Copies; Poster printing/mounting; Covers, Labels & Tabs; Booklet Stapling up to 11″ x 17″; Stapling, Folding, Binding; After-hours and Rush Services

Terrapin Learning Commons (McKeldin): Printing, binding, poster printing up to 48″ (no mounting), faxing
