Procedures and Additional Costs

• Trash. Large events require additional housekeeping to remove trash. The estimated cost for this service is $. Weekend events require either removal of trash by the organizers, or paying for additional housekeeping services.
• Security. Hornbake Library is closed over the weekend. If the main doors need to be open for a weekend event, then the event organizer must also pay for UM Police Auxiliary sweeps after the event. The estimated cost for this service is $. Alternatively, we can explore ways to reduce liability with controlled access.
