The Senior Staff group at the UMD College of Information is made up of one leadership point person representing each adminstrative team. The Senior Staff group meets every other week to discuss systems, opportunities, and organizational issues shared across staff teams. The meetings provide an opportunity to share updates with all teams and plan all-staff meetings and initiatives.

The current Senior Staff group includes:

• Mia Hinckle – Associate Director of Communications
• Kevin Nesline – Assistant Dean for Information Technology and Facilities
• Polly O’Rourke – Director of Research Development
• Ron Padrón – Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
• Kyran Richardson – Director of Finance, Sponsored Projects, and Operations
